Inform San Carlos allows service requests (potholes, noise complaints, dangerous conditions, etc) to be submitted directly to the City of San Carlos, where it will be routed to the correct administrator during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. This means your service requests will be responded to quickly and efficiently, and youll be notified the second they are resolved!
